Adrienne and Her Husband Make Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yields: 12 Cookies
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Cultured vegan butter
Coconut sugar
Pure cane sugar
Gluten free baking flour
Coconut flour
Baking soda
Oat milk
Vanilla extract
Sea salt
Vegan chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Get 2 mixing bowls, one for mixing dry ingredients and one for mixing wet ingredients.

Dry bowl:
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt

Mix dry ingredients together.

Wet bowl:
1/2 cup vegan butter (+ an extra spoonful for Adrienne)
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1/4 cup of pure cane sugar
Pure cane syrup to taste
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3 tbs of oat milk

Mix wet ingredients together.

Once done, mix both bowls together and add vegan chocolate chips.

Spread out evenly on baking pan.

Cook in the oven for 12 minutes at 350°F and let cookies cool before eating.
